 Hilary A. Rinaldi, Owner of H.A.R. Marketing, has been doing graphics, illustration, and marketing for more than 10 years. She is a winner of the prestigious "American Graphic Design Award", a national award judged by the top design executives throughout the nation, and the "Golden Web Award" for outstanding web design.

She has been a staff/freelance illustrator and writer for magazines and newspapers such as HousePlant Magazine, The San Diego Tribune, The San Diego Union and Seed Trade News.

For over three years Hilary wrote, produced, and edited television segments and commercials for KSBY AND KSBW TV, as well radio, public relations, community outreach and speaking engagements.

For the last nine years, Hilary has been doing marketing, and internet marketing for many small local business as well as large corporations including Hearst Castle. She has been Marketing Manager for Waller Genetics, an International Flower Genetics Breeder, and was responsible for a world-wide marketing campaign, as well as developing an entire local and domestic marketing plan since the company did not possess one.



  John Tsucalas seriously doesn't like his picture taken, but he is a top notch programmer! John has 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked as Architect, Programmer, DBA, and Consultant for a variety of clients.

  Dale Reid is a commercial photographer specializing in product and architectural photography. His ability to enhance product imagery comes from years of professional experience, all grounded by a photographic education (B.S. degree) at Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, and the continued coursework at Brooks Institute of Photography, where he earned a Master's degree from the highly respected school. He brings to the workflow a keen sense of composition that emphasizes a client's product line allowing for prominent visual awareness in the overall marketing plan.



  Michael Vrazel has over 21 years of comprehensive experience in Information Technology across a broad set of areas that include Application and System level programming, System Administration, Application and System Architecture (up to the Enterprise level), as well as LAN/WAN experience. Michael has worked in a number of industries that include Aerospace, Energy, Medical, Litigation Support, and Shrink Wrap Software Development. Michael is well versed in C, C++, Visual C++, Visual C#.NET, Visual Basic, ASP, VB Script, JavaScript, Java, and J2EE.



  Kathy Cannon has pursued a lifelong interest in the ways people acquire and process information through study in the sciences (MS in Chemistry from CSU at Long Beach) and curriculum development for children and adults. Kathy has created training curricula for video editing systems and business computer skills.

Responding to the recent shift in search engine evaluation of web sites from meta information in hidden code to the actual content and functionality of the site, Kathy has expanded her expertise in optimization to include site usability analysis, key phrase analysis and selection, web site copy writing and editing, custom reciprocal link program development and site design issues affecting search engine compatibility.

Kathy's responsibility is to insure your site can readily be found and used by your potential clients. She monitors each site and offers different strategies for increasing web site ease of use, sales capabilities and increase target market niches.



 Murphy, or better known as "The Murphs" is the backbone of the company. She runs errands, (quickly), greets customers and overall makes you feel at home. Her cheerful attitude and good eye for design make her indispensable.
